  • Opening: Mini #2 - Common Assessment

  • Instruction (I do): Teacher will do a lesson on the RACE Strategy/Textual Evidence 
  • Guided Practice (We do): Read “Is the American Dream Still Possible (Springboard, p. 64) 
  • Independent Practice (You do): Second Read Questions (Textual Evidence Review) 
  • Closing: Ticket Out the Door – Mini #1 Answer Review (last week)

  • Opening:  Textual Evidence Review
